Subscription Pricing
Subscription pricing is charged in full at the time of purchase and applies to the total selected subscription period. The 3-month subscription fee of $800 is excluding delivery charges. Delivery is charged once only at the commencement of subscription and is calculated at payment.
Unused or missed deliveries within the prepaid subscription period are non-refundable; however, customers may request to reschedule an upcoming delivery in accordance with our notice requirements. By purchasing a flower subscription, you acknowledge that the subscription fee secures floral value, design service, and delivery scheduling for the full nominated term.
Each floral design from Wynnum Plaza Florist reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and seasonal freshness. As flowers are a natural product, varieties and colours may vary from images shown. Where specific blooms are unavailable, our florists will substitute with premium flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, size, and elegance of the arrangement.
Flower Subscription Terms & Service Notes
Flower subscriptions are prepaid and valid for the selected subscription period. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the first delivery has been completed. Delivery dates are scheduled based on your selected frequency; however, minor adjustments may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, supply availability, or operational requirements.
Customers may request to pause or reschedule a delivery with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery day. Missed deliveries where safe-drop authority has been provided will be considered fulfilled.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept these seasonal variations and service conditions as part of a fresh flower delivery experience.
