We're a proud local small business and our team crafts every arrangement with love and care. Here are answers to the questions we hear most.

Our flowers & arrangements

While we always strive to match our website photos as closely as possible, please think of online images as a guide and an illustration of style and colour palette. Because floristry is a hand-crafted art and flowers are natural products, your final arrangement may vary slightly.

Additionally, structural craft designs and specific stem placements can differ, making your arrangement beautifully unique!

We are deeply committed to freshness and quality. The vast majority of our flowers are sourced proudly through local Australian suppliers, and we even source some varieties directly from local flower farmers.

On certain occasions β€” such as major floral holidays or out-of-season requests β€” we may also use high-quality imported flowers to ensure your arrangement is full and spectacular.

Orders & changes

Because our florists move quickly to prep stems and custom-build your arrangements, we cannot guarantee changes to your order once it is placed.

If you notice a mistake (like a typo in the card message), please call our shop immediately on (07) 3348 2477. If the team hasn't started crafting your order yet, we will do our best to update it for you.

If you prefer to collect your arrangement directly from our Wynnum shop, simply select the "In-Store Pick-Up" option at checkout and specify your preferred collection window.

We kindly ask that you stick to your selected time slot to ensure your custom arrangement is fully prepped, packaged, and waiting fresh for you when you arrive.

Delivery

To ensure our drivers can safely navigate Brisbane's roads and get your flowers delivered on time, our cut-off for same-day delivery is 12:00 PM (AEST), Monday through Saturday.

Orders placed after noon will automatically be scheduled for delivery on the following business day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

Please double-check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and our driver cannot successfully deliver the flowers, the order will be brought back to our Wynnum shop.

To re-route and redeliver to the correct address, an additional delivery fee will apply.

Policies

Because flowers are perishable, delicate goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits once a purchase has been made, nor do we accept returns for a simple change of mind.

If you have a legitimate quality concern with a delivery, please contact our shop within 24 hours of receipt with a photo so our team can assess it promptly.

We are incredibly proud of our team and work hard to bring joy to our community through flowers. To ensure a safe, positive working environment, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any rude, abusive, or aggressive behaviour β€” whether over the phone, via email, or in-store.

We treat all of our customers with respect, and we kindly ask for the same kindness and courtesy in return.
