2. Products and Availability

  • We aim to provide products that closely match the images and descriptions shown on our website.

  • Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, some varieties, colours, or packaging may vary depending on availability.

  • If a particular flower or product is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or higher value and similar style, ensuring the overall look and quality are maintained.

  • All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our store directly.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your details carefully — incorrect delivery information may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to Wynnum and surrounding Brisbane areas. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are not eligible for same-day delivery. Deliveries are not available on Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders received after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available business day.

  • Orders must include accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact number.

  • We cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, or events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic conditions).

  • Deliveries to hospitals, businesses, or apartments will be made according to the rules of the premises.

  • Specific delivery time requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pickup Orders

  • Orders can be collected in-store during our trading hours.

  • Please bring your order confirmation or identification when collecting your purchase.

  • We are unable to hold fresh flowers overnight unless agreed upon in advance.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

  • We take great care in preparing all orders and ensuring quality.

  • If you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and details of your concern. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

  • Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind or provide incorrect delivery information.

  • Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered cannot be cancelled.

  • If a cancellation is made before preparation begins, we may issue a refund minus any applicable processing fees.

7. Customer Accounts

  • You may create an account on our website to track orders and save delivery details.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account login details and password secure.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts if there is misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

8. Gift Messages and Special Requests

  • You may include a personal message with your order. We reserve the right to decline messages that are inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory.

  • Special requests will be accommodated where possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

9. Squarespace Hosting and Third-Party Services

  • Our website is hosted by Squarespace, Inc., which provides the platform we use to sell our products and manage your orders.

  • Payments are processed securely through Squarespace.

  • We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of these third parties. Please refer to their own policies for more information.
